1. Purpose: a tribute to children’s futures
First Nest (NEST) is an independent commemorative memecoin on Solana, inspired by hope for children’s futures and the Trump Accounts theme. Its purpose is commemoration and public education. It is not a savings product or an investment-return program. It has no affiliation with or endorsement from the U.S. government, IRS, Donald Trump or the official Trump Accounts program. Holding NEST grants no account eligibility, government benefits, ownership, dividends or redemption rights. No appreciation, returns, price support or permanent liquidity are promised. Trading can result in the loss of the entire purchase amount.
2. Token identity and fixed issuance
Name: First Nest. Symbol: NEST. Network: Solana mainnet. Canonical mint: HRjN9N1VsV8z2kJ4cECcFTWxUuV9paoPBhjRadtg46MX. Initial issuance: 10,000,000 NEST with 6 decimals. At launch acceptance on October 9, 2026, 07:28 UTC, mint and freeze authorities were revoked and on-chain metadata was immutable. Removed mint authority prevents further issuance through that authority; voluntary burns may reduce supply. Names and tickers are not unique: always verify the full mint address.
3. Initial allocation and control
At launch, 9,500,000 NEST and 0.2 SOL were deposited in a Raydium CPMM pool. The remaining 500,000 NEST (5%) were allocated in varying amounts across 999 project-controlled wallets. These are not 999 independent community holders. The allocation has no on-chain vesting or time lock; its key holders can transfer or sell tokens. A completed initial issuance is not a claim that all tokens were sold to independent buyers. Future distributions must use existing tokens and disclose purpose, amount, control relationships and transaction evidence.
4. Decentralization: implemented controls and limits
Users initiate and authorize their own on-chain transactions. Revoked issuance and freezing powers reduce issuer control. This does not mean the entire project is fully decentralized or trust-free. The project relies on Solana, Raydium programs and administration, RPC providers and trading interfaces. Project allocation keys and new LP rights remain controlled by their holders. No DAO, community multisig treasury or autonomous governance contract has been established. USDC also has issuer-controlled features. Social accounts and website maintenance remain operational responsibilities.
5. Liquidity ownership: original burn versus new LP
All LP received by the original issuer at the original NEST/SOL launch was burned. The original burn does not cover later additions. New LP from both NEST/SOL and NEST/USDC additions has been retained by liquidity providers; recorded additions were not burned or time-locked and remain withdrawable. The whole current pool must not be described as permanently locked. LP ownership can change; dated observations are not current ownership guarantees. Providing liquidity exposes providers to asset-price changes and losses relative to simply holding the assets.
6. Dated liquidity records
October 9, 2026: the NEST/USDC pool was created with recorded initial deposits of 873,832.237271 NEST and 108.198022 USDC. The creation amounts were inferred from prepared simulation and wallet changes. A later finalized addition transferred 1,138,241.308006 NEST and 97.762500 USDC. A finalized NEST/SOL addition transferred 658,724.383877 NEST and 0.584100000 SOL. These amounts describe historical deposits, not live reserves. Additional October 10 records report retained LP in other connected wallets using UI and balance-change evidence; those records were not independently transaction-verified and are not presented here as finalized transaction proofs. No fixed current pool share or reserve guarantee is made.
7. Fees, pricing and trading
The checked October 9 pool configuration used a 0.005% pool trade fee with creator fees disabled. Protocol configuration can change; network, priority, wallet, platform and routing fees may apply separately. Zero creator fees does not mean zero total fees or no project-controlled assets. AMM prices depend on reserves and trades. Low depth can cause large price impact. Market capitalization and fully diluted valuation are calculated estimates, not cash reserves or guaranteed exit values. Real trading may accrue pool fees but does not guarantee liquidity growth or price stability. The project will not manufacture volume or engagement through controlled wallets.
8. Participation and child-related boundaries
The childhood theme is commemorative. NEST is not a charitable donation receipt and no contribution to children or official accounts should be inferred from a purchase. No child-benefit distribution or official program integration is established by this paper. Marketing must not encourage children to trade, collect children’s identity documents, promise family savings outcomes or imply endorsement by people who discuss Trump Accounts. Participants must use their own judgment, verify addresses and review the current quote before authorizing a transaction.
9. Public maintenance and communications
The public website, allocation records and owner-designated channels listed below are reference channels. Publish meaningful allocation movements and liquidity changes with their purpose, amounts, addresses, dates and transaction signatures where verified. Keep original launch evidence separate from current observations. Label proposals and historical review status clearly; pending review is not approval. Do not claim independent holder counts from controlled addresses. Maintenance focuses on accurate information, wallet education, genuine questions and transparent records, without price targets or guaranteed growth. Future funding or governance changes require separate disclosure and authorization.
10. Version and evidence standard
Public whitepaper version 1.3, October 20, 2026 (America/New_York). This public English edition updates the October 9 internal Chinese whitepaper/maintenance manual and excludes internal security procedures and confidential material. Historical facts above rely on retained launch records and public transaction evidence. No live balances or current verification approval are asserted. Future editions should retain dated revisions, correct material errors and distinguish independently verified chain data from UI reports.

Open community maintenance and liquidity participation
Anyone may voluntarily help maintain public information, report errors, educate wallet users or propose transparently documented improvements. No token purchase or liquidity contribution is required for these activities. Qualified users may provide liquidity to either existing pool through the official Raydium interface, subject to its terms and access restrictions.
Use your own wallet, verify the mint and pool, check the current reserve ratio, both asset amounts, fees and LP recipient, and authorize your own transaction. Never send funds directly to a pool or mint as a substitute for the add-liquidity procedure. LP generally represents the provider’s own pool share and is withdrawable unless that provider separately locks or burns it. Providing liquidity involves loss risk, including impermanent loss, and offers no guaranteed fee income.
Community participants remain independent contributors. LP ownership does not automatically authorize control of the project X account, treasury, other participants’ wallets or protocol configuration. Shared governance, a community multisig and transfer of operational access are proposals rather than deployed features, requiring separate decisions, security review and public disclosure. Open participation is a step toward broader decentralized maintenance, not a claim of completed decentralized governance.
